Delicious feasts with a local twist are on the menu at Edge this National Day.
Guests can look forward to a medley of gastronomic delights paying homage to Singapore’s heritage in celebration of the nation’s 54th birthday.
The sumptuous buffet will feature local delicacies such as Pan-fried Carrot Cake with Chai Po, Eggs, Coriander and Tobiko, Xing Zhou Bee Hoon, Seafood Hokkien Noodles with Homemade Sambal and Lime as well as Hainanese Stock Poached Chicken Rice. Guests may pair the entrées with dishes including Stir-fried White Pepper Crabs with Curry Leaves and Dried Chilli, Singapore-style Peppery Bak Kut Teh and Grilled Ocean Gems Bakar served with Chinchalok and Calamansi.
