All set menus come with a complimentary mini longevity bun for every diner.
For mothers who are fans of bite-sized Cantonese cuisine, the Weekend Dim Sum Buffet presents a gorgeous selection of more than 50 a-la carte signature dishes and creations. From Braised Roasted Duck with Sea Cucumber and Truffles in Conpoy Sauce, Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffles to Pan-fried Rice Flour Rolls with Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, Hai Tien Lo promises to make it a meal to be remembered by all.
