Work Permit Online (WP Online) allows employers of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) to perform certain Work Permit transactions.
You can use our FDW eService to apply, issue, renew, extend, cancel or reinstate a Work Permit and update your FDW’s or your details.

Upgrading of eService
We are upgrading this service in phases:
Enquire (e.g. Check card delivery): Everyday, except 3 am – 4 am
Apply for card replacement or special pass extension: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm | Saturday: 8 am – 2 pm (except public holidays)
Remaining services: Monday – Saturday: 8 am – 10 pm (except public holidays)
How to get Sing Pass
You will need a Singpass to log in to WP Online. You can apply for or reset a Singpass
*Note: If you are not the owner of the Singpass, you are not allowed to log in to WP Online and perform Work Permit transactions on the employer’s behalf.
What transactions can I do in WP Online?
You can use WP Online to:
Apply for a replacement Work Permit card
Check the card delivery status
Get a short extension of your helper’s Special Pass
