An Ode to White Asparagus
The exquisite white asparagus is back in season!
Pan Pacific Singapore presents a culinary indulgence of this spring delicacy at our award-winning restaurants (Hai Tien Lo, Keyaki, Pacific Marketplace and Atrium and Poolside Bar) for a limited period from 22 April to 17 May.
Culinary highlights include a Cantonese-style Stewed White Asparagus with Scallops in Superior Stock at Hai Tien Lo and Keyaki’s Japanese rendition of Baked White Asparagus with Snow Crab and White Miso Sauce.
Savour the white asparagus roasted with Bone Marrow and Parsley Dressing at Atrium and Pacific Marketplace and enjoy a varied selection of Pizzas and Salads with white asparagus at our Poolside Bar.

Asparagus season starts 9th May. Get excited about the queen of vegetables. With butter or Hollandaise sauce, with schnitzel or ham, on a platter to share or a big plate for yourself!
