It’s finally here and it’s for everyone! The first-ever Singapore Vegan Festival will be hosted by EatRoamLive on 29th September at Raffles City Convention Centre. From local delights to fine Japanese, Indian and Greek food, expect a plethora of food experiences ranging across cuisines, cultures and expectations. Market stalls of vegan, healthy products, cooking demos, kids’ activities, the Singapore Vegan Festival has it all!

Chef Yin will be presenting a cooking demo at the fest on 29th September.

So excited to have Raw Chef Yin as part of the Vegan Festival. Chef Yin already has a huge following in Singapore but in case you didn’t know, Raw Chef Yin is Malaysia’s raw vegan celebrity chef with two books, a cooking show and countless demos & workshops under her belt. She trained at the world’s leading raw & plant-based culinary academy and now dedicates her time to helping others make beautiful, delicious raw vegan cuisine. As a Certified Raw Food Teacher, she is constantly sought after to conduct fun and interactive sessions all over the world. She is also part of the MIT innovation community that is working towards solving global food challenges and has even presented a TEDx talk. Damian Piedrahita is not your everyday chef. Damian Vegan Chef has dedicated the last few years to working as a consultant & plant-based chef, collaborating with several chefs, especially in Spain and Northern Italy. Chef Damian sees gastronomy as a form of art, uniting plant-based food techniques with fine dining. He promotes a cooking style that is free from animal exploitation, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. He elaborates recipes with seasonal and organic raw ingredients, respecting their quality and history and molding them into creative dishes with an identity of their own. Chef Damian is currently collaborating with Shangri-La Hotel Singapore as a plant-based consultant & chef.
