Every last Saturday of the month at the Asian Civilisations Museum!

Admission to the following programmes is free!

Saturday, 26 October from 1 pm to 5 pm

Welcome Deepavali this year with your very own rangoli – artwork using coloured sand – to bring good luck into the home.

Discover the triumphant story of good versus evil in Hindu mythology, and why lamps are lit during Deepavali during an interactive drama performance.

Saturday, 30 November from 1 pm to 5 pm

Catch an exciting drama performance about a Chinese scholar and his four treasures!

Be a scholar for a day, and create your own fan painting to cool yourself down in the humid Singapore weather. Don’t miss the chance to visit Living with Ink: The Xiang Xue Zhuang Collection, and explore more beautiful artworks by master painters.

28 December from 1 pm to 5 pm

Create your own Chinese seals to sign off your year-end letters to family and friends!

Take a closer look at the seals on display in Living with Ink: The Xiang Xue Zhuang Collection, and catch the interactive drama on Chinese calligraphy. End your year with a reflection of 2019 at the ACM this weekend.
