Safari Zoo Run 2019 is back for the 11th year! Safari Zoo Run 2019 continues to inspire and deepen appreciation for wildlife. The theme for the upcoming year is Run for Wildlife.
Come experience this unique opportunity to run through Singapore Zoo, River Safari and Night Safari in the day with your family and friends! It’s the only place you will be able to run alongside wildlife like orangutans and giraffes.
Representing the run will be our 4 park icons:
- Ah Meng the Orangutan for Singapore Zoo
- Chawang the Elephant for Night Safari
- Canola the Manatee for River Safari
- Sunny the Hornbill for Jurong Bird Park.
Each of the park icons will champion a conservation cause. Runners will be able to choose which team they want to run for when they register!

– This year, we are introducing Safari Zoo Duo Dash and Safari Zoo Junior Dash for adults to pair up with their kids to form a team.
– Safari Zoo Fun Walk for those who want to enjoy a leisurely pace with the family, good for little ones in strollers too!
– River Safari will be open as a route for Safari Zoo Walk! Here’s your chance to visit the river dwellers and say hi to Canola in Amazon Flooded Forest!

The path to a greener home begins with small decisions and actions. As such, we are glad to announce that Safari Zoo Run 2019 will be a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) race! In your Race Entry Pack, you will find an exclusive reusable bottle. Runners can use that or their own preferred water bottles to refill at hydration stations before, during, and after the race! Paper cups will be provided for competitive runners only.
