Savour a prime indulgence at Keyaki with two specially curated menus by Executive Chef Shinichi Nakatake, featuring the oldest beef brand in Japan – the Omi Wagyu Beef.

It will be available for lunch and dinner from 6 August to 30 September 2019 at Keyaki.

Chef Nakatake will use different cooking methods to showcase the smooth and buttery flavours of this top-quality beef that is famed for its fine fat marbling and delicate flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth ‘torokeru’ texture.
