This National Day, Hai Tien Lo presents a celebratory six-course Cantonese menu showcasing flavoursome fare inspired by popular local dishes.
Specially crafted by Executive Chef Ben Zeng, guests will have their palates throughly indulged with Cantonese-style renditions of Singaporean favourites such as the Wok-fried King Prawn in Spicy Chilli Sauce accompanied with Chinese Bun and Wok-fried Rice Vermicelli in Singapore Style. Finally, the gastronomic journey concludes with a refreshing serving of Chilled Fragrant Coconut Jelly with Pearls, a familiar favourite for many.
Patrons dining in groups of six will enjoy a complimentary serving of Whole Barbecued Beijing Duck and Homemade Chinese Pancakes.
