Singapore Telecommunications Limited (commonly abbreviated as Singtel, and previously stylized as SingTel) is a Singaporean multinational telecommunications conglomerate and one of the four major telcos operating in the country. The company is the largest mobile network operator in Singapore with 4.1 million subscribers and through subsidiaries, has a combined mobile subscriber base of 640 million customers at the end of the financial year 2017.

MVNOs
A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which it provides services to its customers. An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a mobile network operator to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates, then sets retail prices independently.
Circles.Life (on M1’s network)
Circles. Life is a Singaporean MVNO that launched in 2016. It leases its network from M1 (a Singaporean company). Circles. Life operates as a ‘digital telco’, meaning the only support channels available to its customers are live chat and email. There is no telephone support available as the company does not have any call centers.
