Begin with delectable savouries such as the Thai Minced Chicken on Crispy Curry Basket to exquisite sweets including the Maple Pecan Tart and Sea Salt Caramel Macaron.
Fans of fruits will rejoice in desserts featuring well-loved flavours, ranging from Coconut Mango Gâteau and Lemon Meringue Éclair to an Iced Chocolate Lychee Raspberry Float. Not to be missed are our Raisin and Blueberry Scones served with clotted cream, butter and apricot preserve.

Enjoy gastronomic gatherings at Pacific Marketplace with a myriad of sharing dishes from the Provence, Middle Eastern and Asian regions. On top of the popular highlights of Homemade Sausage Platter, French Black Mussels, Hummus and Baba Ganoush as well as Lemongrass Crayfish Skewers, do not miss our specialty Pork Rillette. Specially crafted by Pan Pacific Singapore’s in-house Master Butcher Kurt Roelli, the rillette is created using a variety of spices including Nutmeg, Thyme, Rosemary and Paprika.

A refreshing new addition to the salad repertoire is the Loch Fyne Salmon salad which features a harmonious blend of ingredients including homemade lemon dressing made with lemon juice and honey mustard, premium Loch Fyne smoked salmon providing a subtle sweet flavour and freshly tossed greens.

For those who appreciate a hearty sandwich, a noteworthy highlight is the finger-licking good yet meat-free Impossible™ burger, featuring tasty patties derived from plants. A winning combination of grilled onions, cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and umami miso mustard spread, take the taste up a notch. Alternatively, get your burger fix with the sumptuous Wagyu Beef Burger which features juicy grilled beef patties paired with spicy sweet mango chutney to balance the flavours.

Established in 1987, Pan Pacific Singapore has been producing and serving premium meats in our butchery department. Helmed by our Master Butcher, more than 60 varieties of aromatic hams, sausages and cold cuts are specially handcrafted using original recipes and the freshest ingredients.

Made daily in our butchery kitchen, the hams and sausages are crafted using fresh meats and custom blends of natural spices. Our sausages are made from 100% fresh meat and the Virginia hams are made daily using fresh pork. They undergo stringent checks by our Master Butcher, who ensures that they are filler-free to enhance the taste and texture in every bite.
