Anyone Can Sing!

The music club convenes every month with a theme.

Third Thursday of every month | Indian Women’s Association

Club Chair: Gurpreet Kaur

Last year we sang romantic numbers for valentines, the celebrated festival of colours with Holi songs, saluted Indian Independence with Dil hai Hindustani, welcomed the rain dressed in blue singing tip tip barsa pani, sang songs filmed by the sea.  “Saree Soiree “was yet another popular theme was our inhouse saree clad beauties sang popular songs picturized with sarees. This sizzling year ended with song theme – “Celebrating you” members picked a song that best defines them and that cheers them.

This year 2020 began celebrating the 90’s. The Music club is thriving because of its ever-enthusiastic members coming up with exciting theme concepts. We have lots of events lined up to enjoy and to learn together.

Music club meets on the third Thursday of every month. The event opens registration in the first week newsletter. Members take turn to host this club either at homes or function rooms of their condominiums. A two-dish lunch is served to make it easier to host this club.

Music club is truly a place where one can sing to their hearts content without the fear of being judged. It is indeed a warm and encouraging group.
