Dutty South Burg-Buttermilk Fried Chicken Thigh with Southern Summer Slaw and our spicy Caribbean inspired secret sauce, the “Dutty Sawse” for that kick.

Is it the Caribbean-inspired yellow Dutty sauce that has an array of exotic peppers in it? Or could it be the seductively zesty summer ‘slaw? Perhaps it’s the juicy, fried buttermilk chicken perched on a slice of tomato? Whatever it is, when these get engulfed by a butter-toasted brioche bun, it’s a celebration for your tastebuds!

The panini press at Boombox rarely sees a moment of rest. That’s because our Cubanos are a hot item! This is our grilled ham and cheese. We use both smoked honey baked ham and turkey ham with gouda cheese. You can opt to switch out either ham to your preference. But you have to have it hot!

Boombox has a few kid options. But sometimes, even the adults order them too. And that’s alright by us! We just try to keep it simple for the little ones as we know they can be fussy. This is our chicken breast quesadilla which is lightly seasoned, with tomatoes, and mozzarella.

Not gonna lie, we always make a few extra dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets for ourselves even though it’s meant for the children. So it’s ok, we won’t judge you adults for ordering them either.

A new addition to our Vibe & Dine dinner menu is this foursome of jerk chicken skewers coming in hot off the grill and served with our mango salsa. This entrée was created as something to share, but like our Trini Mac & Cheese, you will be compelled to say “Get your own! Cuz this is all mine!”

Oxtail Gravy
Working on that Oxtail Gravy as an addition to our upcoming Caribbean Mixtape Menu drop. This is just the beginning stages of the process, but expect this lovely sauce to accompany our Rice and Peas and Curry Mutton. About to drop soon for Vibe & Dine!
