Join Pearl for a full Dharma Yoga Experience, as taught by the living guru, Sri Dharma Mittra, in NYC. You will be immersed in the essence of his teachings, based on Compassion (Karuna) and Devotion (Bhakti). It includes traditional Surya Namaskars and a Dharma-varieted Shiva Namaskar with dynamic Heart and Hip Openers, followed by a series of poses focused on drawing the practitioner’s attention inward.

In this 3-hour session, we will begin with breathing exercises (pranayama), chanting (mantra japa), and a full physical practice (asana) which will then end with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique. Yoga Nidra as practised by Sri Dharma Mittra is a guided meditation that helps the practitioner attain deep physical rest, and our Being to harness deep intuitive and healing energies.
Come with an open and curious mind as we explore the fundamentals of Dharma Yoga together! Mixed levels are welcome!
