METCON LEVEL 1 COACH COURSE
The METCON Level One trainer certification course takes students through the principles and methodology of METCON.
Students will learn the fundamental movements of the METCON methodology, as well as programming, using the METCON programming matrix, scaling exercises, and conducting METCON for clients and group classes.
Learn the use the methods of METCON with their clients.
Receive licence to open their own METCON Gym or start their own METCON program.
