About Daniel Scott
Not all yogis are created equal. Daniel Scott is a yogi provocateur offering a fresh alternative to the traditional “yoga voice”. His classes are a lively mix of balance and improvisation, strength and flexibility, breath and body. With a light heart and open mind, Daniel focuses on moving into postures – not through them. A globally renowned Ashtanga-Vinyasa teacher and Certified Level 2 AcroYoga instructor, Daniel enjoys barefoot running, street art, good coffee, large quantities, and great qualities. Deeply dedicated to sharing in the immense journey from self-conscious to self-aware, Daniel Scott strives to answer the ever-present question: Are you moving or being moved?

Session 1: The Art of Counterbalance (Partner Yoga)
13 October (Saturday): 9:00am – 12:00pm
Decoration before foundation, substance before flash. This hands-on partner yoga masterclass examines one's personal understanding of alignment and transition in various asana poses before exploring how to share movement with someone else. The human body is designed to connect, and yoga is a practice of finding balance. Learn to combine the two with absolute joy and skilful presence.
Session 2: AcroYoga for Every Body (Partner Yoga)

AcroYoga is more than making flashy shapes for pretty pictures. Learn to navigate gravity like a boss by deepening structural awareness and exploration through playful connection. Session 3: Shift Happens: Arm Balances & Transitions (Power Vinyasa)
14 October (Sunday): 9:00am – 12:00pm
Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly. Develop structural awareness in your movement practice through a clear connection between your body, breath and core. Learn to move from the inside out through proper alignment, functional strength and finely-tuned movement. No matter the skill level, this is the perfect class for anyone looking to continually tighten up their dynamic transitions, create flowing inversions, and polish theircrows or cranes.
Session 4: Slow & Steady (Slow Vinyasa)
14 October (Sunday): 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Yoga is not a race. There is no finish line. This deliciously slow flow focuses on building awareness in the body, moving from the core, and creating your own adventure every time you step on the mat. Don’t move through postures — move into them! Be prepared to find comfort in long holds, build strength, and create softness with every breath.
