About Sam See
Based in Singapore, he has worked in clubs and theatres with comedians like Dara Ó Brian (UK), Bert Kreischer (US), Gina Yashere (US/UK), Peter Berner (AUS) & Kevin Bridges (SCO). He has also headlined shows internationally, in cities like Melbourne, Malaysia, Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Oman and the Philippines.

International Appearances

He was also recently featured on The Jim Jeffries Show in the USA, after opening for Jim on the Singapore leg of his Asian tour. He has also been selected for numerous comedy festivals, including the Singapore Comedy Fringe Festival.

Sam has appeared on MTV, Comedy Central Asia and on Singapore’s first ever comedy panel show, OK Chope!, which was filmed and telecast live weekly.

Aidan Jones is known to his friends and audiences as Taco, because when he was 15, the first girl he ever kissed thought he looked Mexican. He’s Australian actually, and half Colombian, because his Mum got knocked up when she was backpacking around South America in her 20s. Not a joke.

ILIZA SHLESINGER LIVE IN SINGAPORE

Iliza Shlesinger will perform her live debut comedy show in Singapore on Saturday June 15 at 8pm @Capitol Theatre! CAT 1 tickets are SOLD OUT! CAT 2 tickets still available at $98.

Iliza just premiered Elder Millennial, her fourth Netflix stand up special for the streaming service. The campaign featured her styled in classic looks from the late 90s/early 00s, as well as an official Spotify playlist featuring all her favourite songs of the era. The list has become a highlight with fans who are giving it high praise on social media, while artists of the era (New Found Glory, 311, and Lance Bass) are reposting it.

Iliza’s been featured in Elle’s “Women in Comedy” issue two years in a row and her television credits include multiple appearances on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” “The Today Show.”

Originally from Dallas, Iliza moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Emerson College. She is the only female and youngest comedian to hold the title of NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Her debut comedy special, War Paint, was acquired by Netflix and was named one of its Top 10 Albums of 2013. Iliza’s follow-up Netflix specials, Freezing Hot and Confirmed Kills, sealed her title as one of the hottest touring acts in America, with Esquire Magazine listing her as one of the top working comedians today.

COMEDY CRASH COURSE

Learn the art of stand up comedy in a weekend from the professional stand up comedian Aidan Killian and perform your first set by Sunday night!

Friday June 21 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday June 22 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday June 23 from 10am to 6pm with a graduation gig on Sunday evening. $250 online

You will learn presentation skills such as  basic storytelling, stage presence, timing, movement, facial expression, basic improvisation, overcoming your nerves, and HOW TO BE FUNNY.  At the end of the course you will do stand up comedy in front of a live audience.
