This delicious creation comprises a creamy mousse made of Manjari 64% dark chocolate, almond dacquoise sponge and crispy feuilletine. It is elegantly adorned with pear cremeux, sweet caramel pear compote and stunning sugar flowers for a breathtaking finish.

Light raspberry-flavoured choux pastry is filled with a dreamy blend of sweet raspberry confit, raspberry curd, chocolate crémeux and crunchy feuilletine.

STRAWBERRY LIME TART

Refreshing and tangy, a strawberry-flavoured tart shell is filled with citrusy lime confit, almond cream as well as a whipped ganache made of strawberry chocolate and lime. A generous topping of fresh strawberries crowns the zesty dessert.
